<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-knitting sling cable in which wire strand cut end face, so-called mustache which appears on main wire surface of the hand-knitting sling cable is prevented from appearing on the main wire surface and cutting of hand caused by so-called mustache of cut end face which appears on the surface of main wire of the hand-knitting sling cable is surely prevented to enhance safety. <P>SOLUTION: Round insertion operations for preparing a ring on the end side of a wire rope 11 and passing top sides of 6 pairs of strands 1-6 though the surface of main wire 11a and pulling out the material are repeated prescribed times and 6 pairs of strands 1-6 are each divided into two wire strand bundles and either one of wire strand bundles divided into two is cut and the cut end face 16X is inserted into a hollow part 11b in the main wire of the wire rope 11 and half-insertion operations of only bundles of first non-cut wire strands 1b-6b are repeated prescribed times and bundles of 6 pairs of first non-cut wire strands are bound to one bundle and one bundle is cut and the cut end face 16X is inserted into the hollow part 11b of the interior of main wire of the wire rope 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
