<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group member physical condition management system, a server, and a group member physical condition management method capable of predicting a physical condition of a group member while carrying out personal identification and attendance confirmation of the group member. <P>SOLUTION: When personal identification by an information acquiring device 100 is affirmed, an employee number, a body temperature measured value, and temporal information of an identified employee is sent to the database server 10. In the database server 10, the received temporal information and body temperature measured value are stored in an employee inspection file 201 retrieved from an external storage 12 on the basis of the received employee number and temporal information.
