PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system using an input device and a server side module for preventing any unauthorized access, and for enabling a handicapped person or the like to participate in a management system only by adding it to an existing management system through a communication network. SOLUTION: As for an existing management system through a communication network 2, this management system 1 using an input device and a server side module is configured by adding an input device 6 to a personal computer 4, and adding a server side module 7 to a management server 5, wherein the input device 6 is made to output input information, and the server side module 7 is provided with an input information accepting means 22 for accepting input information through the communication network 2, a storage means 24 for storing user specification information 23, approval deciding means 25 for comparing the user specification information 23 with the input information, and for deciding whether or not predetermined conditions are satisfied and an information transmitting means 26 for transmitting instruction information corresponding to the decision of the approval deciding means 25 to an existing system 20.
