PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display having a driving circuit that can easily control signals to be input to a panel by a simple method. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display comprises a substrate, a panel placed on the substrate and having a thin film transistor array, a power supply, and a first integrated circuit, wherein the first integrated circuit is fabricated by chip-on-glass techniques on the substrate and comprises a timing controller which supplies a control signal and a video signal, a source driver which receives the control signal and the video signal to drive the panel, a common voltage circuit which supplies a common signal to the panel, and a DC-DC control circuit which is connected to the power supply and supplies one or more signals to the liquid crystal display.
