PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a method for preparing biochips, and an apparatus for easily and quickly mass-producing biomolecular chip, having uniform quality and moreover, easy attachment for small quantity of biomolecules. SOLUTION: In a preparation of the biochip for arranging the biomolecules, such as DNA, RNA, protein and sugar chain in an array on a substrate, the biomolecules are attached to the substrate by a capillary array, comprising a plurality of capillaries, arrayed with the same pitch as that at each site on the substrate.
