PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small air-tight terminal capable of suppressing deterioration of yield in the manufacturing process of an air-tight terminal and the assembling process of a piezoelectric resonator. SOLUTION: The air-tight terminal is provided with a circular stem 3; a first lead 11a arranged so as to pierce the stem 3, and electrically insulated from the stem 3; a second lead 11b arranged so as to pierce the stem 3, and having electrical conduction with the stem 3; and a filler 4 for hermetically sealing the first and second leads 11a and 11b in the inside of the stem 3.
