PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating cover for a battery terminal capable of superbly carrying out work regardless of its lengthy and flexible coupling part. SOLUTION: The insulating cover 21 for the battery terminal is provided with an insulating cover main body 29 which covers a battery terminal 24 wound and attached to a battery box 23 of the battery 22 and connection terminals 25, 26 connected to this battery terminal 24, a falling-off prevention mounting part 30 mounted on an electric wire 27 having a part of the connection terminal 25 or the connection terminal 25, and the flexible coupling part 31 having flexibility which couples the insulating cover main body 29 and the falling-off prevention mounting part 30. The insulating cover 21 for the battery terminal furthermore includes a main body side coupling part 40 and a wire side coupling part 41 which are respectively continued to a bending part 39 and both sides of this bending part 39 and which are foldable in an adjoining direction to form the flexible coupling part 31.
