PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can be manufactured economically and has a liquid port that is easy to handle and is high in reliability, and also to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The device has a body and is provided with a cavity and fluid ports formed of heat plastic elastomer fixedly adhering to the body.
