PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to make setting such that the user's address is not notified to other users in PoC group communication. SOLUTION: When initiating a PoC group communication, a PoC subscriber issues a PoC session start request after selecting non-notified parties. In this event, the caller sets the address or addresses of the user alone, all users, or some users to non-notification. Non-notification processing is performed in PoC terminal devices or Pcc communication service control devices of users who are selected as non-notified parties by the caller's setting. The non-notification processing is similarly performed in the terminal devices of called parties who are not selected as non-notified parties, if the setting of non-notification of the address is made in advance. Even after the PoC session is established, each user can set such that the user's address is not notified to others.
