PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switched capacitor amplifier circuit for reducing the fluctuation of an output level when a state is changed over into a signal output state, improving settling performance, and providing high speed, and to provide a video signal processor using the circuit. SOLUTION: The switched capacitor amplifier circuit which samples an input signal input to an input terminal at a prescribed moment, so as to hold it, amplifies the held input signal, and outputs it from an output terminal. The circuit includes: a variable fixed potential part 21 for applying a fixed potential, which is selected from the plurality of fixed potentials in sampling, to the output terminal via switches 22a, 22b; and a second changeover control circuit 23 for detecting the largeness of the input signal and transmitting the changeover control signal of the fixed potential according to a corresponding output signal to the variable fixed potential part.
