PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine and waterproof gasket for preventing water drops at the gap between a door and an upper edge of an opening of a body from jumping to the body over a guide water shoot equipped at the door. SOLUTION: The automatic vending machine 10 comprises the body with the opening, a door for opening and closing the opening, the waterproof gasket 600 mounted in the longitudinal direction of the upper edge of the opening to close the gap between the door and the upper edge, and the guide water shoot mounted at the upper part in the vertical direction of a rear panel facing to the opening of the door to guide drops falling from the waterproof gasket 600 to the outside of the body and the door. The waterproof gasket 600 is molded by integrating a gripper 640 for gripping the upper edge, the hollow and elastic first gasket 620 extending to the rear face of the door when closing the opening from the gripper 640, and the eaves shaped second gasket 630 extending to the rear face of the door when closing the opening from the lower part in the vertical direction of the gripper 640 by the longitudinal length of the upper edge.
