PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fixing structure of an interior trim capable of fixing an interior trim without using a locking tool such as a clip, and easily controlling a clearance between the interior trim and a door opening weather strip without exposing the fixing part of the interior trim to the designing surface side of a vehicle. SOLUTION: While a notch part 17 is provided on the door opening weather strip 6 by eliminating a hollow seal part 15 of a door opening weather strip 6 at the part covered with the interior trim 3 of the door opening weather strip 6 (for example, a lower end edge part 6a of the door opening weather strip 6), a pawl part 18 is provided at the backside of the interior trim 3, and the interior trim 3 is fixed by engaging the pawl part 18 of the interior trim 3 with the notch part 17 of the door opening weather strip 6.
