PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, since a machine plate for padding the ground at a construction work field or the like has no wheel and is extremely heavy, it is very difficult to move the plate. SOLUTION: A pedestal of a truck is brought into contact with the ground so as to eliminate a step, and the plate is placed on the truck to be moved, without picking the plate up.
