PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular wheel inspection device having a simple image pickup means which is not time-consuming in preparation. SOLUTION: The vehicular wheel inspection device 10 having a detection means 11 to detect the advance of a vehicle, an image pickup means 22 to pick up the images of wheels 4a, 5a in a vehicle 2 based on the output signal related to the vehicle detection by the detection means 11 to obtain the image data, and an image processing means 32 of the image data obtained by the image pickup means 22. The vehicle wheel inspection device has a concave mirror 21 to reflect the wheels, and the image pickup means 22 picks up the images of the wheels 4a, 5a reflected on the concave mirror 21.
