PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment plant especially intended for a fluid medium having a property from average modification to high viscosity, for example, for the production of medicines and cosmetics. SOLUTION: A stirrer coming into contact with a medium, an attaching structure and a container having a heat exchange element, a buffle or the like arranged therein may be provided in the treatment plant. At least the regions or constituent elements coming into contact with the medium of the treatment plant are provided with medium avoiding coating in order not only to reduce medium loss but also to efficiently wash the treatment plant.
