PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray rate adjustment mechanism for a power spraying apparatus having a means capable of controlling gears for adjusting a spraying rate of a chemical without backlash. SOLUTION: In the spraying apparatus, a shutter 27 for adjusting a spraying rate is provided on an opening at a lower part of a chemical tank 1 and opening/closing of the shutter 27 is connected to a rate adjustment operation member through a gear type transmission mechanism to perform adjustment of the rate. The gear type transmission mechanism is constituted by a shutter drive gear 37 fixed to a turning shaft 29 of the shutter 27 and an operation gear 35 connected to the rate adjustment operation member.
