PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of preventing white rice from clogging in a bridge state inside the lower part of a white rice tank. SOLUTION: In a coin rice polisher, the inside of a building (3) is partitioned into a machine chamber (1) and a guest chamber (2), unpolished rice fed from the guest chamber side is polished in the machine chamber, the white rice is fed into a white rice tank (7) provided on the lower part with a tapered cylinder (11a) whose diameter is gradually narrowed toward the lower part, the guest chamber is provided with a coin feeding port (5), an unpolished rice feeding port (4) and a discharge port (8) of the white rice tank, the discharge port is closed so as to be opened and closed by a shutter (12), a pedal (13) for opening and closing the shutter is provided on a floor, and the shutter is opened in linkage through a transmission mechanism (14) when the pedal is pressed down. For the white rice clogging preventing apparatus, a rice mixing member (28) is provided inside the tapered cylinder of the white rice tank, the rice mixing member is connected to the transmission mechanism, and the rice mixing member is linked accompanying the opening/closing operations of the shutter.
