PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tillage implement which can easily be molded, can be manufactured at reduced steps, and has hardness, impact resistance and mechanical strength, and to provide a tilling blade press apparatus for forming tilling blades in the tillage implement. SOLUTION: This tillage implement equipped with a tillage cylinder and tilling blades detachably attached to the tillage cylinder is characterized in that each of the tilling blades comprises an attaching base portion detachably attached to the tillage cylinder and a tilling blade portion separately manufactured from the attaching base portion and fused/fixed to the attaching base portion.
