<p>A cylindrical roller bearing where frictional torque in rotation of an inner ring or an outer ring is reduced while a reduction in bearing life caused by lowering in a load capacity is prevented, and that is suitable for supporting high-speed rotation. The cylindrical roller bearing has an outer ring (2) having, formed in its inner peripheral surface, a rolling groove (20) with a substantially V-shaped cross-section, an inner ring (1) having, formed in its outer peripheral surface, a rolling groove (10) with a substantially V-shaped cross-section, a rolling path (30) formed between the rolling groove (20) on the outer ring (2) side and the rolling groove (10) on the inner ring (1) side that are opposite to each other, and a large number of cylindrical rollers (3) arranged in the rolling path (30) with their rotation axes inclined relative to the rotation axis (m) of the inner ring (1) and the outer ring(2). Each cylindrical roller (3) satisfies L/d < 1, where L is the axial length of the roller, and d is the diameter of the roller.</p> |
