<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an easily drinkable drink having little bran smell from sprouted brown rice. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a sprouted brown rice drink comprises a rice polishing step to polish sprouted brown rice to obtain rice with embryo, a step to steam or boil the rice with embryo to gelatinize the rice, a step to perform the enzyme treatment of the gelatinized rice with embryo, and a step to add water to the enzyme-treated liquid obtained by the enzyme treatment to obtain a stock solution of the sprouted brown rice drink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
