PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable and fruit-preserving sheet capable of preserving freshness even if preserving vegetables and fruits in a refrigerator for a long time, and to provide a vegetable and fruit preserved product and a method for preserving vegetables and fruits using the sheet.

SOLUTION: This method for preserving vegetables and fruits comprises holding the vegetable and fruit-preserving sheet 13 and vegetable and fruit objects 30 to be preserved inside a vegetable and fruit-preserving bag 20 made of a resin film, and sealing the opening 23 of the bag 20 followed by preserving in a refrigerator. The vegetable and fruit-preserving sheet 13 is obtained by laminating a liquid absorbing layer 14 and a resin film layer 15, and the resin film 15 faces the objects 30 to be preserved. Moisture loss of the objects 30 to be preserved can be sustained with the vegetable and fruit-preserving bag 20, and moisture condensing inside the vegetable and fruit-preserving bag 20 is absorbed with the liquid absorbing layer 14 of the vegetable and fruit-preserving sheet 13.
