PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively suppress noise generated from a control board and improve external noise resistance in an air conditioner. SOLUTION: The air conditioner comprises a heat exchanger 7 composed of a metal such as copper or aluminum and having an earth potential by being connected to an earth wire 2 of power supply code or an outdoor earth terminal; a conductive pattern such as a copper foil 5 mutually connecting electronic parts for driving the air conditioner, and the control board 1 including lead wires with insulating coating for connecting an AC line and function parts. A lead wire with insulating coating to be connected to the heat exchanger having the earth potential and a pattern 3 having the same potential as the lead wire are distributed on the control board so as to be adjacent to an electronic part 4 that is a noise source.
