<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sealable polypropylene film that is almost odorless, has good processing operability when processed into a packaging bags or packaging containers for packaging various goods, gives a product hardly undergoing variations in sealing properties and having good external appearances, and therefore is suitable for use in the fields of packaging materials, containers or the like for foods, medical materials or the like where odors are undesirable, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-sealable polypropylene film is composed of a polypropylene resin and has a thickness unevenness in the width direction of the film of at most 10% and a volatile component amount in the film of at most 2,000 ppm. The manufacturing method of the heat-sealable polypropylene film comprises forming a film of the polypropylene resin having a volatile component amount therein of at most 3,000 ppm with a resin temperature at a die opening of 150-200°C using a T-slot die. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
