PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control the quality and compounding ratio of a material in manufacturing artificial broken stone or the like using a waste plastic and collected ash as the material. SOLUTION: This regeneration apparatus of the waste plastic comprises a first preservation part for preserving the waste plastic, a second preservation part for preserving collected ash, an extruder and the screw conveyor for connecting the first preservation part, the second preservation part and the material charging port of the extruder. The screw conveyor is constituted so as to feed the waste plastic, which is supplied from the first preservation part, and the collected ash, which is supplied from the second preservation part, through a cylindrical case while mixing them under the environment cut off from the outside by rotating a screw.
