<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MRI system capable of shortening an imaging time without raising its price in a water-fat separation imaging or an imaging sequence requiring correction data for every slice similarly to the water-fat separation imaging. <P>SOLUTION: A subject 101 is imaged at a first station 301 to create a static magnetic field uneven distribution map accompanied by unwrapped processing. Thereafter, a bed is moved by a distance 303 to carry out the next imaging of the subject 101 at a second station 304. In this case, though the position of the subject is moved by a distance 201, a magnet 102 and an area 203 to be imaged are fixed with respect to coordinates of the system, so that the static magnetic field uneven distribution map created at the first station 301 is used. Thus, at the second station 304 and a third station 308, creating processing of the static magnetic field uneven distribution map is omitted to shorten the time for imaging in the whole body MRI. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
