<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device, and an image forming control method and program, capable of improving performance when double side printing is carried out on recording paper of plural sizes. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming device, as shown in Fig.1, a recording paper carrying path of a printer portion 300 in an image input/output system 100 is composed of a carrying path for carrying the recording paper from a manual paper feeding stage 315 toward the outside through a fixing portion after a toner image on a photosensitve drum 323 is transferred by a transfer portion 325, and a paper re-feeding carrying path 332 re-feeding paper between the photosensitve drum 323 of a recording paper led to the carrying path 333 after transferring and fixing and the transfer portion 325. When the total number of paper waiting for re-feeding is not less than the number of paper set to be a number which can be carried by the paper re-feeding path, the forefront paper waiting for re-feeding is re-fed, according to the maximum paper size of all paper waiting for re-feeding and the forefront paper waiting for feeding.
