PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize operation display of maintenance work inside a roaster oven for improvement in operability and safety.

SOLUTION: This induction heating cooking device is provided with a menu selection means 14 for making a selection of a roaster cooking menu and a maintenance operation selection means 15 for completely burning dirt inside the roaster oven 5 for maintenance operation inside the roaster oven 5. When the start of roaster cooking and that of maintenance operation is carried out by the same roaster turning on/off switch (an operation starting switch) 16, operation can be simplified for improving operability and safety while optimizing operation display of maintenance work inside the roaster oven 5 by a condition display means 10 or a navigation display means 18.
