PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and low-cost printed wiring board of superior versatility, and an image pick-up device using it. SOLUTION: A PWB 2 is provided with FPC connectors 4A and 4B to which FPCs of two kinds of lens units are connected, respectively. Thick solid lines show outlines of the FPC connectors 4A and 4B. An uppermost layer pattern 6 and an internal layer pattern 7 connecting each pin of each connector, an inspecting shared FT pad 8, and a through-hole 9 are provided. A region surrounded by a chain double-dashed line is a required region 2a of the PWB 2 including the outlines of the FPC connectors 4A and 4B, leading-around of each pattern, and the shared FT pad 8. According to the configuration, since the PWB 2 is provided with a plurality of connector lands which can be mounted with the FPC connector 4A and FPC connector 4B, response to multiple kinds of lens units 1A and 1B is possible with a single PWB 2.
