PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve design property without impairing heat insulating property, in a ventilation device having outside air supply function, and enhance construction-saving and maintenance-saving properties without impairing the strength. SOLUTION: This ventilation device has an outside air supplying function comprising a metallic box-shaped frame body 8, a resin-made cylindrical member 10 attached in contact with the inner surface 9 of the frame, with a heat insulating material 11 being arranged in the inner surface 9 of the same except the part contacting with the cylindrical member 10, and a blower 15 having an electric motor 12 engagingly locked with the cylindrical member 10. According to this, the design property can be improved without impairing the heat insulating property, and the construction-saving and maintenance-saving properties can be enhanced without impairing the strength.
