PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous ice making device producing ice slurry by use of a mixture liquid of oil and water. SOLUTION: In a process for making the mixture liquid 5 of the oil and the water circularly flow through a heat exchanger 2 to perform cooling, the oil, the water and the heat exchanger 2 are charged with electivity. Because the charged polarity of the oil and the water changes by the kind of a material of a circulation pump 7, the potential of the heat exchanger 2 is adjusted according to the polarity of the charged oil and water, or the circulation pump is selected according to the charged polarity of the heat exchanger, the oil is adsorbed to the heat exchanger 2 by static electricity, and the clogging of a pipe conduit and freezing are prevented.
