PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved high-pressure rubber hose which can eliminate an disadvantage caused by adopting a structure such that a tapered tube of a material excellent in strength and rigidity such as steel is provided at a midway portion of a piping line in order to reduce the size and which can prevent elongation or cost increase of the piping line, by revising the structure of the tapered tube including a docking hose. SOLUTION: A reinforcing spiral wire 20 and a spirally wound fiber reinforcement code 22 are embedded in a thick middle portion of the high-pressure rubber hose. The high-pressure rubber hose includes a tapered cylindrical portion 12t having an internal flow path 12R the cross-sectional area of which varies in the longitudinal direction of the hose. The array pitch P of the reinforcing spiral wire 20 is made narrower from a small-diameter side to a large-diameter side of the tapered cylindrical portion 12t. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
