PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor operated valve which achieves miniaturization by reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: In a motor operated valve 1, a can 30 is fixed onto a valve body 10. A stator member 40 is mounted on the outside of the can 30. A rotor member 50 is coupled to a valve holder 110 through the medium of a bush 90. A stem 60 is fixed to the valve body 10. A valve holder 100 is screwed with a female screw member 80 mounted in the upper part of the stem 60. The valve holder 100 supports a valve shaft 110.
