PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash which can be easily inserted into a frame body. SOLUTION: The square frame body 1 is provided in a building opening; an inner sash 5 and an outer sash 4 are housed inside the frame body 1 in a double-sliding manner. In each of the inner sash 5 and the outer sash 4, a head rail 50, a glass body 3 is housed in a stile/rail body 2 wherein the head rail 50, a bottom rail 40, a stile 60 and a meeting stile 70 are squarely framed. The stile/rail body 2 is provided with an end cap 85, which has openings with a width almost equal to that of each of upper rails 25 and 26, is provided in each of a connecting part between the head rail 50 and the stiles 60 and a connecting part between the head rail 50 and the meeting rail 70. An edge 85c of the opening 85b, which is formed in the end cap 85, is formed in such a downward inclined shape as to be directed to the inside of the opening 85b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
