An inner-outer case connecting mechanism 16 is realized for automatically and naturally connecting the operation system when closing the door. This inner-outer case connecting mechanism connects the operation system of an outer case and the operation system of an inner case by naturally meshing a coupler 16 of the inner-outer cases when closing the door, by arranging a crest 12 and a groove 17 in the horizontal direction in the coupler 16 of the inner-outer cases, as a means for connecting the operation systems of the outer case 4 installed in the outer door and the inner case 13 installed in the inner door.
