PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control device capable of simply and rapidly composing a knitting program for a required knitting schedule. SOLUTION: The device comprises a knitting table 20, wherein several operations included in a knitting schedule are blocked and listed according to time schedule so as to be memorizable, an input operation part 21, wherein operation block A to n are input to the knitting table 20, an operation data storing part 22, wherein step informations S1 and others indicating unit operations of several mechanical elements are stored, an operation program making part 23, wherein step informations S1 and others are read out from the data storing part 22 based on each of operation blocks A to n written on the knitting table 20, and a program executing part 24, wherein the operation program is run.
