PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article capable of preventing deposition of snow on a side-view mirror when it snows. SOLUTION: A string fixing tool capable of fixing and unfixing a passed string by the magnet operation is provided. A bag body capable of converging and releasing an opening part by the string is provided. A side-view mirror cover is constituted by combining the bag body with the string fixing tool.
