The invention relates to a device and a valve in particular, for the controlled discharge of salts and similar collecting in a steam boiler, comprising a housing (2), with an inlet channel (12) for the introduction of a fluid and an outlet channel (16) for the discharge of the fluid, a throttle point (20, 22, 24), arranged within the housing between the inlet and outlet channels and at least one valve body, displaceable relative to the throttle point (20, 22, 24) and cooperating therewith for the selective closing or releasing of a flow cross-section between throttle point (20, 22, 24) and valve body (26). According to the invention, the valve body (26) comprises several sections (100, 102, 104) with tapered cross-section cooperating with the throttle point (20, 22, 24) the surfaces of which have differing inclinations with relation to a longitudinal axis of the valve body (26). |
