<p>An anchorage strap links an outer concrete slab with an inner concrete slab that together sandwich a layer of insulation. The anchorage strap is fabricated of flat-rolled steel that also intermeshes with a steel wire reinforcement mesh, or is pressed through the insulation material into the concrete slabs.
