An organic light emitting display device of a top emission type is provided to complement surface roughness of a conductor covered on a capping layer, thereby preventing an electric short with the conductor and a counter electrode in advance. In an organic light emitting display device of a top emission type, a reflective substrate(1) performs an optical reflection. An organic light emitting device(2) is located on one surface of the reflective substrate(1). A sealing unit(3) seals the organic light emitting device(2), and transmits the light.
