<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an acquisition time of synchronism with a base station in a mobile station even if the allocation of uplink and downlink time slots is changed in accordance with the quantity of information when uplink and downlink information quantities are asymmetric, and to effectively function transmission power control of open loop control. <P>SOLUTION: The base station device allocates a fixed downlink time slot, at prescribed intervals, to a plurality of divided time slots within a communication frame under control of a control means 125 of a base station 100 in a time division multiplex CDMA mobile communication system and distributively allocates downlink and uplink time slots, in accordance with a ratio of total downlink and uplink information quantities within the system, to the other time slots. A control channel signal containing a synchronization control channel is transmitted by the fixed downlink time slot, and downlink and uplink communication channel signals are transmitted by the required amount of downlink and uplink time slots corresponding to the quantity of information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
