<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handcart for rehabilitation which is operated by one hand, is enough for practical use, and contributes the recovery of functions in a hemiplegic person, and to raise operability in the handcart for shopping. <P>SOLUTION: A symmetrical pad 14 and wheels 18, 20, 22 are attached to the symmetrical positions of a symmetrical frame 12 in the handcart 10 having a symmetrical shape. A user can operate the handcart 10 by either right or left hand as necessary. The user, in a standing posture, allows at least an elbow or an upper arm at a right or left side to be tightly stuck to the pad 14 and rests the body weight onto the pad 14. Grips 16, 17 are gripped with fingers, so as to transmit operation force to the frame 12 by a hand-handed operation.
