<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely sterilize a sterilizing object 3 while suppressing the complication of the constitution in a sterilizing system treating the sterilizing object 3 installed in a treatment space 2 by sterilant. <P>SOLUTION: This sterilizing system is provided with a sterilizer 10 generating the sterilant, and an introduction passage 20 introducing the sterilant generated in the sterilizer 10 into the treatment space 2 where the sterilizing object 3 is installed. This system is further provided with an air permeable cover member 30 covering the sterilizing object 3 in the treatment space 2, and a first introduction passage 23 releasing the sterilant generated in the sterilizer 10 into the cover member 30 and introducing it to the treatment space 2 via the cover member 30, in the introduction passage 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
