MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FOAMED MOLDED PRODUCT COMPRISING THERMOPLASTIC RESIN OR THERMOPLASTIC RESIN MIXTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a thermoplastic resin capable of being melted at a low temperature, capable of being sharply reduced in enthalpy required in melting and capable of being enhanced in dispersing and mixing effects.

SOLUTION: An extrusion material comprising a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic resin mixture is supplied to the upstream side of the heating cylinder (3) of a twin-screw extruder (1) and an inert fluid in a supercritical state is injected in a melting region (15) where the extrusion material is present in a solid state and a semi-molten state so that its injection amount is controlled to a range less than the saturated solubility of the inert fluid on the basis of the viscosity of the extrusion material in a molten state measured by the viscometer (10) provided on the side near to the downstream end of the heating cylinder (3).
