PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that allows continuous drive for long hours without sacrificing mobility, and to provide a mobile information terminal that uses the same. SOLUTION: In a display device 102 configured to form TFT group on an insulated-substrate, RFID tags 103b are integrally formed. The integrally formed RFID tags detect signals from a reader writer, and DC electric power is generated, on the basis of these signals.
