PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive accessory improved in ornamentality by adhering an accessory by holding an insert piece with a ring formed thereon between a pair of double coated adhesive tapes, and mounting one side surface of each of the double coated adhesive tapes on the surface of a portable telephone set or the like. SOLUTION: The adhesive accessory 100 includes a first double coated adhesive tape 120 whose one side surface can be mounted outside a portable telephone set, and an insert piece 110 whose one side surface is adhered on the other side surface of the first double coated adhesive tape 120, and the insert piece 110 has a ring 114 formed thereon. Furthermore, the adhesive accessory includes a second double coated adhesive tape 130 whose one side surface is adhered on the other side surface of the insert piece 110, and one or more beads 140 mounted on the other side surface of the second double coated adhesive tape 130.
