PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film having excellent transparency, conductivity and contact resistance equivalent to those of a conductive film formed by stacking ITO films although it uses a conductive polymer for a transparent conductive coating layer. SOLUTION: This conductive film having total light ray transmittance not less than 70%, surface resistivity of 10 to 1×10<SP>4</SP>Ω/square and a ratio of it to a contact resistance value not greater than 6 is provided by forming, on at least one-side surface of a base material film, a transparent conductive coating film comprising polycation-like polythiophene comprising repeating units each represented by the following general formula and polyanions. In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are each hydrogen or a 1-4C alkyl group independent of each other or a 1-12C alkylene groups that may be optionally substituted together.
