PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated coil which is large in joining strength, the highly reliable in wire-bonding mounting, and excellent in electric characteristic. SOLUTION: The laminated coil is integrated into a laminate comprising ceramic sheets 1-16 a spiral-form coil 51 so laminated by coil conductors 33-40 and via-hole conductors 21-27 as to have its coil axis in the laminating direction of the laminate. The laminate is so made into a truncated-pyramid-form that the sizes of sectional areas of its ceramic sheets 1-16 are reduced gradually from its bottom surface toward its top surface. First and second external electrodes 41, 42 are formed on the top and bottom surfaces of the laminate, respectively. The first external electrode 41 is connected electrically with the pattern of the coil-conductor 33 through via-hole conductors 17-20, and the second external electrode 42 is connected electrically with the pattern of the coil-conductor 40 through via-hole conductors 28-32.
