PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the conventional method takes very much time, its working time is long, the inserting stability is poor, the workability applied to the top end is needed, and there is no means for working material wires for correcting these points. SOLUTION: A material wire is bent to make at least top ends approximately parallel, the top ends are bent in mutually reverse directions like approximately an L-shape each and inserted in terminal holes to hold them erect by the spring back effect, and then a connection of the wiring wires is cut. The apparatus is composed of a pair of fixed blades for mounting the material wire, a pair of movable blades lowering in alignment with the inner top ends of the fixed blades, a support having a recess in the underside between the movable blades, a first die for pressing the central portion of the material wire to the recess of the support, a pair of press units approaching from right and left to the first die to press the material wire, and a pair of crushing rotational cams having one or more projections on the pressing surfaces for bending the cut top ends of the material wire like an L-shape each.
