PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a polar electrolytic capacitor which makes fitting to an apparatus easy. SOLUTION: The fitting structure is provided with an anode terminal fixing bus-bar 6 and a cathode terminal fixing bus bar 7 which collectively connect anode terminals 2 and cathode terminals 3 of a plurality of polar electrolytic capacitors, and an anode-side bus bar fixing rail 4 and a cathode-side bus bar fixing rail 5 which are fixed and electrically connected to an anode flat electrode board 8 and a cathode flat electrode board 9. The anode terminal fixing bus bar 6 is inserted between the anode-side bus bar fixing rail 4 and the anode flat electrode board 8, and the cathode terminal fixing bus bar 7 between the cathode-side bus bar fixing rail 5 and the cathode flat electrode board 9 so as to sandwich them. Tips and trailing ends of the anode terminal fixing bus bar 6 and the cathode terminal fixing bus bar 7 are fastened and fixed by the anode flat electrode board 8 and the cathode flat electrode board 9 and screws.
