PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring belt meandering that eliminates difference between persons in determining the meandering amount by digitizing the belt meandering amount, makes the inspection appropriate by setting a limit of the meandering amount, and can reduce the waste amount without causing a problem such as sound production and without scraping a belt having a small meandering amount of the degree that does not cause a problem. SOLUTION: This belt meandering amount measuring means 10 comprises at least one fixed first pulley 8, an unfixed second pulley 9, a guide 13 for measuring the angle of the second pulley 9 from the horizontal line or a perpendicular line, and a measuring tool for measuring the tilt of the guide 13.
